Ingredients: Baobab fibre, Ginger root, Senna leaf extract Aloe vera Dandelion root Clove Black walnut bark, thistle seed extract.
Suggested Dosage: Take 3 capsules on the evening of day 1. From days 2 through to day 7 take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening. Drink 8 – 12 (300ml) glasses of water per day. If stools become too runny stop taking the supplement until stool solidifies and restart with 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening. If not having at least one bowel movement per day take up to 6 capsules per dose until regular. Do not use for more than 8 consecutive days unless directed by a doctor.
