Maya, a wellness coach and former Performing Arts Tutor, shares her life journey in her book, ‘The Soothsayer Who Cooks.’ Growing up on the Isle of Spice (Grenada) in the 1960s, she developed a deep connection to spirituality and the natural world. Guided by elders, she learned about indigenous practices, herbalism, and the importance of holistic well-being. Maya’s unique gift of communicating with the spiritual realm allows her to offer profound insights and guidance to others.
