Vita Biosa Ginger is an organic fermented drink with 8 active cultures of bifido and lactic acid bacteria, organic acids, extract from 19 herbs and a hint of ginger. During the fermentation process, all the sugar content is converted into organic acids, which is why the finished product is free from sugar. It is also free of dairy, gluten and added preservatives.The fermentation process gives the drink a unique acidic taste that can vary from time to time – this is the charm of the natural process.Vita Biosa is produced in Denmark with a great passion for sustainability and ecology – for the benefit of both you and nature!
How To Take:
We recommend taking a shot of 20-40ml one to several times a day but always follow your gut feeling. Can be consumed straight or mixed with water, smoothies, juices and so on.
Ingredients:
Water, organic molasses, organic cold-pressed ginger juice 0.8%, extract from 19 organic herbs 0.5% (aniseed, fennel seed, liquorice root, angelica root, basil, camomile, chervil, dill, elderflower, fenugreek seed, ginger, juniper berry, nettle, oregano, parsley, peppermint, rosemary, sage, thyme), 8 lactic acid bacteria cultures (Bif. lactis, Bif. longum, Lb. acidophilus, Lb. casei, Lb. rhamnosus, Lb. salivarius, Lc. lactis, St. thermophilus). Contains liquorice (people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption).
Active Lactic Acid Bacteria: An average of 5-10 billion cfu per 100ml during production.
Additional Information:
Storage before opening: At room temperature. Shelf life after opening: 2 months in the fridge. Gently shake the bottle before use to mix the sediments of lactic acid bacteria. Avoid direct sunlight. Overpressure and white flakes may occur. Tested by an accredited laboratory.
