Recommended dosage and preparation
Bring 2 teaspoons of yellow dock root to boil in 1 litre of water for 30 minutes with a cover. Leave sit for 8 hours and strain the water to drink the tea.
Side effects and contraindications
Overconsumption of Yellow Dock can cause nausea, diarrhoea and stomach cramps.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
