When people talk about brain foods, fatty fish is often at the top of the list. Coffee. If coffee is the highlight of your morning, you'll be glad to hear that it's good for you. Blueberries. Turmeric. Broccoli. Pumpkin Seeds. Dark Chocolate and Nuts also make the list.
